Rumors are circulating that gas prices will rise in anticipation of the next hurricane now threatening the gulf coast of Texas. This will now cause widespread panic and mayhem whilst people rush the gas stations to fill up everything they own before the gas prices rise above $3 again.
Panic = High Fuel Demand = Higher Fuel Prices
Neat little equation, and it works every time. I am sick, sick, sick to death of spending a third of my paycheck on fuel. Fuel prices rise, consumer items cost more because of fuel surcharges, more of a tax on the ole' paycheck, so that now I'm lucky to get all my fucking bills paid at one time. >:E fuckers...

I know what you mean about the paycheck - sure, I hardly ever drive cos I don't need to - but Justaan does, and I know how much he pays - plus, he needs the higher cost fuel for his
sillyperformance car, too. I think it was like ~$1.49 a litre the other day? yeek. But, being a slacker on the driving front these days (I used to have to drive over an hour a day - and I thought 98cents per litre was expensive on my budget! Gods, that is cheap now) I feel for you completely with the gas prices there :-/ not good at all.
